Software for fleet-owning hauliers lets a carrier that runs its own trucks manage vehicles, drivers, the equipment issued to drivers and the trips themselves together. In Loggerise this is built from four products: Fleet (vehicles, maintenance, fuel), HR (staff, leave, timesheets), Assets (equipment and handover records) and Domestic (transport orders and trips).

Which Loggerise products does a fleet-owning haulier use?
For a carrier running its own trucks, Loggerise recommends four products: Fleet for vehicles, maintenance and fuel; HR for driver staff records, leave and timesheets; Assets for equipment issued to drivers; and Domestic for transport orders and trips. All four open with one sign-in and work in the same company account.
How are vehicle and driver document dates tracked?
In Loggerise Fleet, vehicle documents and their expiry dates are tracked on a document board and calendar, with upcoming expiries listed. Drivers' staff documents and expiry dates are kept in the HR product. The two lists live in separate products but open with the same sign-in, and the AI assistant can be asked for "documents about to expire".
How is a tablet or fuel card issued to a driver tracked?
In Loggerise Assets, every item such as a tablet, phone or fuel card is registered with who received it and when. Issue and return records are signed via a link, or a wet-signed form is scanned and attached. Overdue returns and handovers awaiting signature appear on separate lists; items get QR labels and can be counted.
How are a truck's fuel and running costs tracked?
In Loggerise Fleet, fuel purchases are recorded and consumption is analysed; AS24 fuel transactions are imported from an Excel file. Traffic fines, HGS/OGS toll passes and bridge and motorway charges are posted to the vehicle. Together with maintenance, work orders and tyres, vehicle cost is tracked in reports. Live location comes through a Seyir Mobil account.
What does this combination cost a fleet owner?
