What is Loggerise Assets?

Loggerise Assets is an asset and equipment assignment product that records company assets and shows who received each one, when, and under which signed form. It runs at zimmet.loggerise.com with a Loggerise account. Handovers, returns and transfers are recorded with a signed form, assets are counted with QR labels, and every on-screen action can also be done from Claude or ChatGPT.

What does Loggerise Assets do?

Loggerise Assets is an asset and equipment assignment product that records a company's laptops, phones, forklifts and other assets and shows who received each one and when. Assets appear as in stock, assigned, in maintenance or with warranty ending. Handovers, returns and transfers are recorded with a form. The product runs at zimmet.loggerise.com with a Loggerise account.

How are handover forms signed in Loggerise Assets?

Loggerise Assets offers two ways to sign a handover form: the form is sent to the person as a signing link, which they open and sign; or a paper form is signed by hand, scanned and uploaded to the record. Forms still awaiting a signature sit in their own list, so no assignment is left unsigned.

How do I run an asset count in Loggerise Assets?

In Loggerise Assets, every asset gets a QR label printed from a label template. You start a count, tick off the assets found during the count, and when the count is completed a variance report shows the difference between expected and found items. A count can be started on screen or through Claude and ChatGPT with an approval code.

Can employees see their own assigned assets in Loggerise Assets?

Yes. The "My assets" screen in Loggerise Assets shows employees the items assigned to them. Managers get reports on assignments by person, overdue returns, warranties about to expire, distribution by location and category, and a value summary; assets bought in foreign currency are valued with the Central Bank of Turkey (TCMB) exchange rate.

How much does Loggerise Assets cost?

As of November 2026, the Loggerise Assets Standard plan costs ₺249 a month excluding VAT and includes 5 users. Paying yearly costs ₺2,490 excluding VAT, which is 10 months instead of 12. Every product has a 14-day trial period, and larger teams get a quote.
