Loggerise Export Warehouse Management: Digital Order in Goods Receipt and Pre-Carriage Processes
The success of export operations begins in the preparation stage before the cargo reaches the customs area; that is, in your warehouse. The Loggerise Export Warehouse Management Module turns pre-export goods arriving at the warehouse (Pre-Carriage) and in-warehouse movements into a fully controlled digital process.
Bring together the most critical stages of logistics processes—goods receipt, labeling, stacking and shipment planning—on a single platform. Instead of paper forms, lost packing lists and verbal instructions, switch to a traceable, transparent and error-free warehouse management.
1. 7-Stage Live Status Tracking
Manage the process from the entry of export goods into the warehouse to their loading onto the vehicle with real-time status updates. Follow the operational life cycle of the cargo step by step with 7-stage status tracking and offer transparency to your customer:
- Process Flow: “Awaited → In Warehouse → Accepted → Loading → Loaded → Sent to Customs → Completed”
- Full Visibility: Thanks to this flow, operations managers get a bird’s-eye view from a single screen of which cargo has not yet arrived, which has been counted and which has been loaded onto the truck.
2. Digital Goods Receipt and Inspection Processes
Keep your warehouse free of surprises. Plan in advance the shipments that will arrive at the warehouse via pre-carriage and go digital at the moment of goods receipt.
- Expected Loads (Pre-Alert): List in the system in advance the loads dispatched from the supplier to the warehouse. Let your warehouse team prepare by knowing how many vehicles will unload goods during the day and how much storage space is required.
- Digital Report and Documentation: During goods receipt, record situations such as package counting, damage inspection, packaging defects or missing labels by photographing them on a tablet. Generate the Goods Receipt Checklists you create in PDF format with a single click and share them instantly with your customer to prevent possible disputes.
3. Fast Planning Between the Office and the Warehouse
The planning of the export vehicle (Truck/Lorry) and the preparation of the warehouse must proceed simultaneously. We are breaking down the walls between the planner in the office and the warehouse supervisor in the field.
- Drag-and-Drop Assignment: The expert in the office assigns export loads to available vehicles and drivers in the system using the drag-and-drop method.
- Instant Work Order: The assignment made appears on the warehouse staff’s screen as a “Loading Order” within seconds. It is clear which pallet will be loaded onto which licensed vehicle and in which order. The risk of loading the wrong cargo onto the wrong vehicle (cross-loading error) is eliminated.
4. Pre-Export Preparation and Departure
Carry out the final checks through the system before the loads are loaded onto the vehicle. Confirm the accuracy of the packing lists against the data in the system. Finalize the correct data (Packages, Gross Weight, Volume) that will form the basis for customs documents at the moment of departure from the warehouse. The moment the vehicle leaves the gate, the system automatically switches to the “Sent to Customs” status and informs the relevant parties.
